Surprise wedding proposal took place at the GE Nela Park Christmas lighting display following a trolley ride through some of Cleveland, Ohio’s most notable Christmas time displays. Dave Cook surprised Lindsey Gibbs with the big question at the end of the evening. The night ended with many tears of joy and amazement.
